Refund Policy

All our packages are pre-paid and to be paid monthly in advance.

We do not collect any refundable deposits.

In case of deficit in services, and link being down during normal non calamities time, a refund shall be applicable if issue not resolved after 48 working hours and the refund covers from the time of 48th hour only.

We do not collect any payments before installation.

Shipping / Delivery timelines:

Once feasibility is raised, the team shall get in touch, create CAF; and lay provisioning for new fiber connection. Based on proofs collected, account shall be created and installation shall be done depending on the availability and provisioning of users/FE being available.
